2 docs today

Mar 25, 2016 9:01 AM

Seeing my Ortho doc about my MRI results on the hip, and the lab work he took. Hoping to find out what Arthritis has attacked my joints so quickly.

Eye doc later, to see why small items seem like doubles.

Wishing everyone a blessed day, with hugs & prayers! 🙂💕🙏🌼

Thanks everyone. My visits went well. The MRI of the hip shows only arthritic changes, no tears in muscles or ligaments. He examined my low back area briefly and it hurt very bad. He's the joint specialist, so he wants me seen by their spine doc. He said my knee and hip pain could be from the low back. He's putting me into 8 more PT sessions, strictly for the hip. I have to get a referral from my PCP to see the spine doc there... New insurance rule for 2016! He was concerned on my lab work, most was normal. The CRP level is extremely high though, so I'm too follow up with my rheumy doc on that.

The second appt, for my eyes was mostly good too. The doc examined my eyes before & after dilation, and had me do some sort of treat, looking at blinking lights to get pictures of the optic nerves. They were checking for any sign of Plaquenil damage. Praise the Lord there was none. I do have a small detachment of some "?" (can't remember name), causing me to see opaque donuts in my peripheral vision, similar to the black floaters I'm seeing. But she said it's pretty common with age and there's no risk like if it were the retina detached. Whew! PTL! The double vision turned out to be vision deterioration. She was surprised at how fast it's occurred, as I just got new rx 8-9 mods ago, and this time my left worsened the most. On average I've gotten new rx every 12-14 mos since 2006-2007. I'm very thankful that it's only vision change and not any major issue or problem with the Plaquenil. PTL for answered prayers!

We're suppose to have an outside b'day party for my granddaughter at the park. The weather forecasters stink! For 3 days they've said zero rain today. Now it's coming up from the Gulf, and expected at the time of the party! I'm talking thunder & lightening rains. I've been praying for a 3 hours window for her party all morning. Please join my prayer. It can storm all it wants after. Lol. Wishing everyone a very good Saturday! Hugs & prayers for little pain, or at least bearable to do whatever you all want/need to do! 🙂💕🙏🌼
