The areas that hurt the most for me is my legs, arms, ankles, and feet. It keeps me up all night. If I try to walk it feels like the bones in my legs are going to shatter. My arms hurts to the touch and my fingers get really stiff and ache really bad. I'm very annoyed right now especially having NO sleep.
MochaBarbee have you tried soaking in a warm-hot bath with Epsom bath salts for at least 20 minutes? The magnesium in the salts and the heat help relax your muscles, I also sometimes add a few drops of lavender essential oil as well to help relax my mind further. Sometimes if even that doesn't help I give up on trying to sleep and play some sleep meditation music low and put some lavender essential oil on my pillow and rest or if I can meditate. I don't really sleep but it helps my body rest for a little bit and I do it as many times as needed.
I'm sorry there's not much more I can think of now but if I do think of anything else I'll let you know.
Sending you positive vibes and warm healing hugs xx
Honestly, if pain keeps me up two nights in a row, if I can't sleep on the third I go to the hospital and explain myself. I accept however they want to deal with it, except steroids, as they make my pain much worse. I still feel uncomfortable going for "just pain", by my fiancé will remind me that it's perfectly reasonable to do so.
I know the feeling, I was having fibromyalgia pain all last week and I couldn't sleep because my back and legs were hurting so bad. I have been using a meditation and pain on YouTube if you just put that in sometimes it helps me to relax and go to sleep. I know all too well about pain going these last couple of years without healthcare. I felt like I was being tortured everyday.
I tried one in the hospital it have a horrible effect on me. It made me extremely restless and when I fell asleep it didn't feel like I was in a deep sleep. I still could hear everyone around me. It's scared the heck out of me. 🤤 After that experience "No Way" I'll take a sleeping pill again.
