This winter has been tough for me as I'm sure it was for most of you. The cold temperatures and fluctuating pressures wreak havoc on the chronic pain sufferer. Today in my area we got a glimpse of warmth and sunshine that is making me ever so anxious for summer. I felt better today, happier, and in less pain. It gave me hope that there are better days ahead.
How does the weather affect you? Have you ever considered moving to a warmer more stable climate just because of your pain?
Before the pain got so sever I used to love the cold and snow. My husband and I had plans to move to the upper peninsula of Michigan when the kids grew up. Now we are rethinking. I hate that my pain has changed so much of our life.
