A really good back stretch!!

Ok so I know we’ve all heard everything at this point about yoga and stretching but hear me out guys!!! My chiropractor recommended this to me because I have a really rounded back (dowagers hump style) thanks to my Eds and it’s doing goddamn wonders and is sooo easy. I’ll add a pic but basically you put a yoga block (or a thick book covered with something soft) in between your shoulders and lie down on top of it, then stretch your neck a bit by tucking in your chin. That’s it!!!
And it’s great cause you can’t loose your balance or fall or push too hard or anything because your already on the floor. How long you stay on it just depends on how much you want to stretch. I go about five minutes which is what my chiropractor recommended.
I hope you find this useful cause this has been a game changer these last few weeks for me.
