Accessing the info collected in this app

Hi all, this is a practical question about using this app.
I have it and Catchmypain installed on various devices. I thought I had everything sorted - I could record my pain on any phone or tablet I used (I have a few) and that would synchronise to my account so when I needed to I would be able to see the pretty graphs of all my records.
I reset a phone last week and when I reinstalled there was no history, this sent me to the other devices where I discovered that they only show what was recorded on that device!
I tried sending my pain history by email from the app, it hasn't worked yet, accessing the link just spins and spins.
The app maker doesn't respond to questions...
I and others would like to access my history to see what impact some changes had. Can I?
I'd like to do a full data dump as I no longer trust the app, has anyone done this?

Fontalamh... Am.so sorry. Have you tried sending a private message to Daniel? I would think that there would be a way to retrieve that information. But I am technologically challenged. :)

Thanks mimikay . I've emailed every email address I can find... I managed to pull out some history using the professional log in but it's incomplete and 110 pages long so not much use for tracking things easily (although I just thought - I could make a flip book!) that thought shows that there was potential for the app to do even more - an animation of my pain over years would be a great insight.
This has just confirmed that the app has been abandoned (I'm not blaming anyone by saying that) and that if I want to record my pain I need to do it elsewhere. 😢

The app definitely has not been abandoned. If you send Daniel a message he WILL reply to you. If you have to, send him a private message. I back everything up regularly so that I can't lose anything. I've not had any problems with my info syncing across all my devises. I wish I knew how to tell you to do it. Sorry.

Sorry to hear that, he is the only one running this app right now and unfortunately his girlfriend has been in the hospital and because funding ran out, he had to get a job to support himself and this app until he can find more funding all while he himself Battle's pain like we do. He is doing all he can.
