I had a repair done on my knee. It was categorized as a ACL fix but it wasent that. I'm supposed to be BENDING my leg but I'm finding this impossible. I'm already constipated. I don't want to go back to the ER I'm just tierd of pain and immobility... does anyone have any ideas? Or things to do? Distractors.. or idk... anything..

I'm sorry you are hurting and suffering the constipation on top of the knee. I've never had one surgery of any kind so I can't help you there.

The constipation on the other hand I have years of experience with; IBS-C. I use cortical 1-2x a day, and I drink pure psyllium mixed in with it. I use 1 tablespoon of the Citrucel + 1 teaspoon of psyllium + 8 oz of water. Stir and drink quickly, then drink another 6-8 oz of water behind it. Drink lots of water throughout the day. On the occasion of still not going I drink a tablespoon of mineral oil. If that's still not helping I sometimes find it necessary to use either a glycerin suppository, or 1 BabyLax enema by Fleet enemas. It's just enough to produce the motility needed to get things moving. I've had pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD) since 2008, which make it hard to stay regulated. The PFD and IBS-C combined can make for some very miserable days and nights. My colon surgeon told me these steps I've shared with you. If you don't like the grainy texture of psyllium husk, you can substitute with benefiber. Hugs love & prayers you can get some relief with the ones & tummy soon! 🙂🙏💕🌸

Thank you so much
I was able to order meds through my pharmacy and found a vegetable base medication that seems to be working!
