Anybody know any Advil that would help you to sleep at night?

Only Advil PM...is that all you can take? If you can take Advil separately, I'd suggest Melatonin. If you have a doctor to talk to, he can give you something stronger, like Hydroxyzine, Zolpidem, or Trazadone. (I'm currently on Trazadone)

Save your money- the only difference is that the add benedryl and charge you way more. Add your own benedryl it is crazy cheap. Read the ingredients list on ANY of the many PM medications available over the counter. Kills me to see people suckered by companies. Another example Excedrin migraine look at the difference in regular and migraine there is none. Just more $$ I assume packaging. Melatonin needs to be dosed properly and early enough to work. Please keep in mind that just because something is a natural supplement does not always mean more is better. Please do your research. I am stepping off my soapbox now. Just my opinion not giving medical advice of course.
