I'm so fed up with taking drugs now and still every day I'm in pain.

Spondy, I'm sorry you have this. I have OA all down my spine, my knees, and hands. My lumbosacral is the worst, as it never stops hurting. But I use a lot of Voltaren gel, and either Tylenol Arthritis or Aleve. I also use aTENS unit, and my pain specialist has done a series of three ESI's on each section of my spine, twice over a 2 year period. For me it worked very well. It's been over 2 years since my last injx, and my neck & lumbar are just starting to hurt again. Have you tried any of these methods for relief? ESI's don't work the same on everyone the same. 🙏🌼

That sounds so much worse then mine , I've not tried any of that yet as I've been listening to the hospital but now I've had some more info on other types of pain relief and it was them that told me about this app so I'm hoping things will start to improve soon but then winter is coming and I'm not looking forward to that 😯😕😣

I'm dreading the winter cold too. It's supposed to be wet and colder than normal, across all the US. 🙏🌼
