Still trying to get used to this pain, it used to come and go but for the past couple of weeks it's been constant. Woke up extremely angry this morning and thought "what the heck, I might as well be in pain for a good reason" so I went to the gym and pushed myself harder than I should have. It HURTS, but weirdly I feel better in my mind.

Some people find that exercise helps as it releases endorphins 😊 even though it hurts it's a kind of pleasure pain thing 😊.
Well done though for getting up and getting stuck in 😊
