This is so odd to me my heart rate is 110 I'm nervous sweating ect. I've been trying to breathe and relax but it seems to just get worse. What in the world is happening. Anyone know how to stop or reduce anxiety?

Breathe,honey, this is part of the Lupron. I use a guided meditation app for pain. It actually helps. Try not drinking caffeine and drinking chamomile or peppermint tea. Very calming! Use lavender essential oils on your inner wrists and other pulse points. You can always PM me.

Thank leelee.. this is awful. My anxiety is the turning into anger. It's like I can't control it. My uncle is here and my mom keeps asking me to do things. I've asked to be excused and they all moved down the hall next to my room to have there conversation.

I've got my vanilla candle burning and I have my chamomile. thank you for the advice and support. How long and or often does this happen/last? This is awful.

See Newfibrogirl I told you!!! LOL!! I'm not making light sweetie. I just know how my body was when it was forced into menopause. Then years later my periods came back and I have the pleasure of going through menopause all over again.. NOT!!! {{{Hugs}}}💕🙏🏻🌻😊

Relaxation is the key to reducing anxiety for me. But when my heart palpitations get too high I can generally track it back to medicine changes. Hugs love & prayers you can get calmed down so you don't feel anxious! 🙂💕🙏🌸
