I'm having a very painful night in Toledo, I just cant believe the pain im my muscles and burn in my joints. Now my crotch hurts, what could that be? Laying awake on the heatingredients pad. How am I going to manage an 8am drivers meeting, then supervising at the swim park. CRAP

Your not the only one up. The rod in my spine is pulling one way and my muscles in my back want to pull the other. Urghhh

Hope you get some rest. I am going to crawl into bed and put one ear bud in and listen to something really mellow.

Newt I'm sorry. I hope tonight will be a better one for you; and you too LMB! I was only awake 3 hours last night. And I guarantee my hubby's phone won't wake me tonight from an Amber alert! Hugs love & prayers for sweet dreams and painless comfort to all! ๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ™๐ŸŒธ

I have had SEVERE insomnia for the past year or so. Getting worse, not better. Went to a sleep dr. found out I have severe sleep apnea, so I figured after using the cpap for a while the insomnia would improve or go away. No such luck :( I honestly don't know if it's related to my chronic pain or hormones (right in the middle of menopause). I have tried lots of stuff to no avail. I have taken enough medication to make someone unconscious but even IF I can get to sleep I am wide awake in 4 hours. I get an average of 4.5 hrs of sleep a night right now and I am exhausted all the time and in pain. Life is pretty 'not fun' right now.

MissErable, I am also an insomniac and am going through menopause.. it's all related. Hormones, pain, anxiety, depression, etc.. hand in their Hon, it does get better (and worse again) but you've got this. You're amongst good people here and there is usually someone lurking about to keep you company. {{{Hugs}}}๐Ÿ’•
