I get that.. Have you ever checked your blood pressure while standing, then sitting and laying down. While laying down mine can drop 30-40 points. So when I stand I try to do it slowly. Standing quickly could cause me to be dizzy. But that's just one thing that could cause it. Have you talked with your doctor about it?
I do from time to time but I also have sinus issues that cause my ears to plug and also if I'm in pain and don't eat, I get dizzy as well. Today I'm having a problem keeping my eyes open. I actually slept most of the night scattered and every few moments I keep drifting off. The problem is that the hypnogic jerk is really bad today and so it keeps startling me out of sleeping.
I've dealt with dizzy spells since 2004. At first they only happened when I was suffering sinus congestion and allergies. They worsened to occur anytime my ears were plugged or draining. And I'm super sensitive to allergy & cold meds; decongestants exacerbate the dizziness. I've suffered from orthostatic hypotension since 2014 with worsening dizzy spells and hearing loss. I was sent to Mayo clinic last year because of the worsening dizziness, making me stagger and fall, requiring the use of a cane &/or walker. The tests show I now have a problem with the 8th cranial nerve that's affecting my dizziness and imbalance.
Mzladybug - Neurontin did that to me. Still every time I see a new doctor they try to get me to give it Another try. Umm. No! Passing out while shopping was not my idea of fun. Doctors can sometimes be funny creatures.
Yes. I have dizzy spell most evey day. Gets worse with activity's. I've learned in some ways how to still function and whike dizzy. Until lately with added treatment and meds. A lot of things have been thrown off.
