Anyone else with Fibro ever have days where you think you've imagined it all?

I've just had my first pain-free day in almost 2 months. 2 months of writhing in agony with no answers and experiments with pain-killers that brought NO relief, then I wake up today and I'm just fine. Nothing hurts, not even a little twinge. No medicine apart from the Lyrica and I'm starting to wonder if 'they' were right and it was all in my head. I'm extremely tired though, can't even get off the sofa to make a meal so I know there's something wrong, but how does such extreme pain just vanish overnight?!

We have peaks and valleys. My problem is that on those good days I try to do everything I normally can't then I end back in a flair.

Enjoy your day(s) hun.

Thanks Mimi ❤️. I think yesterday would have been pain-free if I'd let it, but I got so excited and tried to run 2 months worth of errands, and by midday I was broken. Worst pain ever, but I learned my lesson. Took it easy today and did what I could but most of all I'm grateful I got a chance to play with my daughter so all's well that ends well 😊

Even after a couple of years I'm still learning 😞 I push myself way to much most days. Then pay for it dearly. The highs and lows are something that my brain sometimes doesnt quite understand!! 🤗🌼

I did the same years ago have to pace yourself. Just enjoy that good day and play a litte more on those days.

I refer to my central nervous system as a "Drama Queen". I have no idea when she'll pitch a fit, how big a fit it will be, or what it'll be about. Just roll with it Sister!
