Hey Mark... i used to stand in a similar fashion... so now i wear a back brace that immobilises my lower lumbar/sacro area. I was dx with Scoliosithesis. Its very painful but the boned back brace has trained me to stand straight now. It gives slight relief to my pain by putting pressure across my lumbar area. Im into corsetry anyway...and i have found posture a small way to reduce my pain monster!
Jojokangaroo4... I went to a chiro and he basically put me in a wheelchair. He was highly recommended and he does a lot of AFL players so i thougjt he would be good. Turns out i was wrong. A physio is what got me back on my feet
I have an Autralian Osteo ✌who is the bomb...🐴 he gives me osteo/physio/acupuncture/trigger point 😉massage/dry needle therapy/crainal manipulation😲 all whilst i get🤔 an added therapy sesh 🐪as we talk like billio! 🐫He's golden! 😚
Is this posture new to you? Looks like your hips may be rotated and it could cause damage to your bones and inflammation causing you maaad pain. Since your chiropractic experience was traumatic u may want to search and call different chiropractors who have an understanding of fibro. Explain to them u need to a treatment that starts off slow and then gradually get to the mote serious issues u may have. Try not to lift things w ur back and dont over do for a lil while ✊💎
You know the back brace u got? That's not gonna be the support that will help since u have 2 disks that are damaged. You will need one that has the plastic sticks in it while ur out and about. It helps fibro symptoms, kinda.. It also takes a while to get used to it
GemStoneStrong... The back brace i have does have strips in it. It has 3. 1 for the spine then 1 on each side. It helps me a lot. I see a physio now which helps me a lot. He does deep tissue massage, acupuncture and dry needling aswell. This posture is sue to a set back i had on the weekend. Its not usually that bad.
