Hi, yes i work for time ( should work 37 hours as contracted to do but typically work 40-45 hours a week duevto work loads and pressure to stay on top of things)... i was diagnosed about nine years ago... ive always worked full time . I have had to accept that i need medication and need it at dosages that would floor a rhino but keep me going. I take sick leave as and when i need, do pilates ans swimmjng and have accepted ( but lost friendships as a result of) that there are some things i can no longer do that i enjoyed, ie have endless time and energy to commit to everyone elses wants and needs, i sleep more, try to eat better and try my utmost to pace myself... my line manager is good at understanding that when im in pain im usually in full on melt down mode so scolding or shouting at me wont help... i have a partner who i dont live with but is great, even if he occassionally needs reminding what life for me is like.xxxx
