Anyone Relate?

My current experience
Anyone relate?

My trigeminal neuralgia has been flaring up so my doc gave me a prednisone pack to see if it alleviates the pain. It was for twelve days.

I finished it a few days ago, while I was on it this cough I had disappeared, the pain in my body disappeared, even the fatigue, itching, and some of that creepy crawly sensation in my feet and hands.

Slowly but surely the symptoms are creeping back in. Tonight I had to use my inhaler cause I was going to lay down and it's like my throat started to close or something, like I swallowed a big gulp of air and then the coughing fit started again.

I enjoyed having energy and not needing a nap everyday!!

That's awful MrsInvisiBell, have you been back to your GP to see if you have any other underlying issues which you've not been diagnosed with?
Would your doctor be happy to give you another course of it?
I know very much what you mean with regards to the pain in other parts of the body other than the trigeminal neuralgia. ..which I'm in a bad flair with at the moment. ...I feel constantly exhausted and drained, I've noticed a rash come up in places over my body especially on the top of my boobs and chest which is really itchy that I've scratched raw (I didn't realise how itchy until I'd scratched enough to make me bleed) . The only thing I don't have is your cough.
Keep going back you need answers
