I started out with pain management over 20 years ago and one of the main things I began with was biofeedback. I do still use it today and it does help some depending on what's going on at the moment. My suggestion is to always be proactive in your own care. Look at the different things doctors recommend for pain relief and research them, give it a try and see if it works for you. This way when you go to the doctor you can say that biofeedback, meditation, p/t or whatever helps with your pain situation. Go onto Google and look up biofeedback. You will get a more detailed and informative description of what this is and better than I can describe. I hope I was somewhat helpful to you. {{{{Hugs}}}} 💕🙏🏻🌻😊

I have been using it lately and it gives me a measure of relief on some things. I was curious how on point it has been for others.

It's not available where I'm at. But I use relaxation methods.
