Dear community,

As many of you have noticed, our CatchMyPain and Pain Companion apps haven't been working during the last two days. I'd like to apologize for that.

Now, we were finally able to fix the problem. Here is a brief explanation what happened: We have made a major update to the app and have integrated the pain charts to the export. For this to work, we had to process all pain entries that have ever been saved and this took a lot of time and has caused a crash of a part of our system. But now everything should be working fine again and no data has been lost.

I hope you will enjoy the improved export. The export is now available in the Pain Companion app too (in the navigation, go to 'Pain Diary' and tap on the export arrow in the top right corner). In addition, we have added private group messages (similar to whats app) to Pain Companion and you can post images in private messages (those private messaging features are not available in the CatchMyPain app).

Again, I am very sorry for the inconveniences.

Wonderful! Thanks for the gargantuan effort it must have taken to get back up and running. I am personally pleased that posting has improved. I could previously only see the first two lines I typed with the body of my post missing down below somewhere. Happy me! 💐

Thanks Daniel! I'm pretty new to the App and I have Sooo enjoyed tracking and knowing that I am not alone! There are some truly fabulous people here, great humor and ideas for getting through the day! I really missed those hours away! Thanks for the update and hard work!

I'm still unable to log in, no matter how many times I reset my password. I've even uninstalled the app, restarted my phone, and reinstalled the app to no avail. I sure hope my data isn't lost!
