A follow up on TamTam's thread...I've got a couple of questions. 1. How do you approach your GP to ask for marijuana? I grew up during the whole war against drug campaign. I feel like I'm trying to be devious asking for medical marijuana. I'm just trying to find something that works and has few side effects. But, I feel guilty even asking about it. 2. I understand there are different strains that offer different types of relief. How do I know what to ask for if I get the go-ahead? 3. Is it possible to use marijuana and be able to work? I found there was no way I could work on the prescribed pain pills. My brain was not sharp enough to make the decisions I need to make. Those decisions impact the most vulnerable people in our society. I need to be sharp.
