Hello wonderful people! I have some good news, well great for me, but I would like to share with you all a wonderful experience! I have found this thing called KT TAPE! I have used it for about a week now and can I say my pain has definitely gone down! It pulls your muscles back to allow for more blood flow! I suggest all of y'all try it! One roll of the stuff is $10 and change but you get 20 10" strips that you can cut to any size that you need! I have it on my back on my legs and ankle! If anyone else's uses it I would like to know how has it helped you? Have a magnificent day🌷☀️

Flappy, YouTube is FULL of videos for kinesio tape placement. You can search just about anything and I'm thinking a video would come up with "how to tape for relief from [insert diagnosis]".

Any idea what the adhesive is? Is the tape latex? .....Allergies. Gotta love them.....or, at the very least, respect them!

How does this stuff work? I've heard about it, but never understood... Can someone please explain?

Aug 14, 2016 11:40 AM

What i understand is that it's like a brace and it provides support but it also pulls your muscles in a good way to allow more blood circulation, to keep swelling down. I'm in love with it and it's worked so far. You can place it on and the original tape can last up to 3 days, the PRO tape can last up to 6 days. You can shower with it on and sweat. Once you put it on it has heat activation so you create heat but using friction to allow it to stick to your skin!
