Can you pamper yourself tonight? Candlelight, warm bath, heat or cold pack, rescue pain pill, Beautiful music, prayer or meditation, tincture of med, or just tell us all about it. I know the other night I cried for half an hour & in time my stress level calmed. I am so sorry you hurt so bad.
Newty, I am so very sorry that you are feeling miserable. It is terrible when we feel bad all over. I have felt that way many a time. So I can empathize with you. You know what helps me at times like that excep for pain pills. Is biofeedback. When the pain is real bad, I can make my pain reduce by making my mind and brain put myself in a state of deep relaxation. It is hard to do in the beginning while you are first starting to learn. But you put try to get y.ourself to the point where you will lay down and rest. But in some real relaxing music preferably with no words as that will ruin your concentration on the task. Your focus has to be on your mind and body. You visualize a picture in your mind of a real relaxing place where you would like to be. Add things to it like a swing. Your favorite food. Then you start with small portions of your body starting with your feet and working your way up. Let your brain tell those parts of your body to warm up. Imagine them warm. They will start to feel warm. Do it in small parts. As you work your way up, the lower parts may start to feel numb. It depends on how well you do it and your condition. I won't say it works for everyone. But it is a skill that can work beautifully. But if you have a song with words in it. You may pay attention to the lyrics.
This is just something I am suggesting as another tool. Not something that I promise will work. So I hope I don't make you feel bad. It just works for me when I am feeling at my worst. It allows me to make my whole body numb instead my head. Sometimes it scares me but I don't feel anything but then I make myself move and I know everything is o.k

Newty, I'm so sorry you're in so much pain. Chances are the weather has a lot to do with it. Try relaxation like profiler & Silvrrry both suggested. And lay under a blanket to warm your body. If I get chilled I hurt more. Hugs & prayers you will soon begin feeling better. 🙂💕🙏🌼
