We carried her to a new Dr., he changed her to a soy formula. He also said to start feeding her cereal, veggies ,and fruits we are starting her on meat. H e told us that he wanted us to start writing down how much she spits up and if she coughs after she takes her bottles. She only spit up approx 2 Tbs. today and no coughing. I pray this is going to work out. He said that most babies stop spitting up after they turn 6 months old. She will be 6 months on the 22nd. It seems unreal that she is almost 6 months. He also said if she didn't stop he would put her on xantac, and clariton for her allergies.
It's not unusual these days for some reason that babies are having difficulty digesting their formula. Personally, I think that it is the amount of gluten in the formula that their little bellies can't digest. I hope that her tummy issues stop soon and that she doesn't need Zantac. If she does, it won't be for very long. I can't believe she's 6 months either.. Time really does fly!! Give that baby a squish for me and I'm sending one for you as well. 🌻🙏🏻
I agree AlwayZ! What's in all out foods is likely to blame for a lot of health issues.
Weezie I hope it works too. Both my girls had sensitive stomachs to all formulas, and both were on milk by 6 months. My hubby's whole family has allergies to multiple foods. And he was on paragoric for his stomach issues as a child. It's his fault! Lol 😉. Hopefully your granddaughter will not need the meds, or only need it for a short while. (((Hugs))) and prayers! 🙏🌼
