I wish you luck I've been through years of therapy and it just aggravates things. I have empathy for you I understand what you're going through hope everything works out well. I know this is easy for me to say but my saying is I will never surrender and I will never give up. The hardest part of all of it is friends and family wish you the best hang in there.

Newty, I just finished PT yesterday and I was always site. But I did gentle stretches and warm showers to help after each session. Wishing you well! 🙂💕🙏🌼

Newty, I can't help but wonder how you're doing I hope better I don't usually respond on this website. But for some reason I stopped and took the time to read it. A lot of people say they have sympathy or feel sorry for you. I truly do have empathy for you it's an uphill battle. I truly hope you have better days ahead. Keep on fighting wish you the best. Take care

The dr. Ordered PT before an MRI, thought was odd, but what the heck I'll roll with it. Have another PT session at 6:15 am, really hoping to get some relief. I laid in bed all day yesterday due to pain. At least i have Netflix!

Oh, ugh. At first the PT felt nice, but the 2 newest moves are leaving me in pain! Gotta build those muscles back, though.

I found that doing piriformis stretches and deep massage on trigger points in my hip did help my back pain. I couldn't do pt until I got a tear inside my hip joint repaired, and compensating for that apparently torqued my spine to bits, so now I get to try to do the pt again. Blearg!
Seems the doctors don't communicate their efforts sometimes...
