I was doing Pilates on the advice of my consultant until just over a year ago when I fell and damaged my ribs. I eventually got round to going back last week and had a terrible reaction, so much pain even now a week later. I'm wondering if I should persevere and go back again today, because when.I was doing it regularly it did help, or avoid it this week and risk not going back again for another year. Any thoughts?
I decided to go and take it easier than last time, but then the class was cancelled. I'm trying to build up my stamina so I went for a walk instead. Feeling tired and sore but I'm hoping if I keep moving I will eventually feel a bit stronger.
