bad feet and fibro & Osteoarthritis

I have had tarcel tunnel surgery,plantar FAC. Surgery and now I have to get Morton's Neuroma surgery to my right foot. Also have plantar FAC. In left foot now! My feet burn ,tingle,and throb all the time.Has anyone have some tricks to share on how to improve my feet?

I had that pain in my foot, thought to be Morton's. I found that massaging the sides of my toes, gently pinching and holding wherever there was pain, relieved the pain on my sole!! Especially between toes 2 and 3.
I also only wear SAS shoes or go barefoot, quality shoes last a looong time and really help your feet! Worth the price.

I have top quality shoes with Orthodox that coated me $450.00.
