Ask if you can get a warm/ hot towel to use as a heat pad. Also try and out your feel up. Also try making reminders in your phone or even on the vusor of your car so that u get a memory jog on what u need so u won't find yourself in this position again. Hope you find relief. Also go ahead and call your pharmacy or dr tell them what has happened so you can get ur script filled at the local area pharmacy your going to.

Not sure how it is in Finland but in the US you can't call to transfer pain meds plus if you are in a different state the pharmacy won't even fill a written RX for pain meds. Learned that the hard way.

Do you have pain meds at your destination?
You're not alone with forgetting meds unfortunately I do it all too often even with reminders on my phones

Sorry I sent that too soon!!!!
You probably should get up and move around every so often so you don't get too stiff from sitting soo much. I'm sorry there's not much else I can advise.

I hope your journey goes quickly and is as painless as possible.

Sending you warm healing hugs xx

Thanks guys! I ended up warming one of my woolsocks on a heater and then using it as my heating pad and luckily I fell asleep soon after! I don't have prescription pain meds (yet) but my parents are getting me some off the counter meds rn so I'll be fine! Thanks again!!
