Hi gang. Had 2 shots Monday feel a little better but not enough to stop . Taking meds.i stretch exercise and walk 3 miles a day 6 days a week now . Losing weight everyday 20 more pounds should make a difference I hope . Funny it hurts worst when I stop. Hurts bad in a.m. however , doing nothing hurts worst of all . It's like a double edged sword . Anyway , concerned cause I have to go back to work just to survive. Even when I get disability I would still have to work to be able to survive . Hope everyone is doing better than yesterday . Take care .

Hey rinoguy, I'm just getting caught up. I hope you're doing much better after the injx. I can't remember if you have fibro or not, but morning stiffness is one of its symptoms. Stiffness can also be from arthritis (OA for me). Last year before I had to stop exercising (sob related to asthma and allergy meds), I felt so much better. Now that I have the all clear I'm trying to exercise again. I think it makes me feel better, even though it's only 10-30 minutes a day on a treadmill. Keep taking a day at a time, until you're able to exercise more. You'll be in my prayers. 🙏🌼
