I do constantly. My knees are terrible and have been for 10 years. I have osteoarthritis in both. My right hip also sublaxes due to hyper mobility, I also have fibromyalgia. When I have a flare up, I feel like I’m falling apart!
My knees and toes click so bad! I can just wiggle my toes and they crack like crazy. My left knee sometimes feels like it needs to click and like springs back on itself if that makes sense. And usually it hurts.
I have to crack my fingers daily and my knee literally cracks while I'm walking/going up stairs. I have arthritis in it as well as some cartilage damage, my children literally count the amount of cracks that happen when I take them to bed - my record so far is 5 🤣☺️
