bones always feel cold

Does anyone have this problem my bones always feel cold and seems like i never can warm up i have to always have it 74° or warmer

Cocum6, yes I do, especially in the cold weather or if air blows on me. I've been this way for three years or more. This spring they diagnosed me with hypothyroidism, and this week with anemia. I know those issues can make you feel colder. Has your doctor checked you for these? Since I've been on thyroid medicine I'm not as cold. 🙏🌼

That raises your risk of other autoimmune disorders, like sjogrens or lupus. The more you have the more possible symptoms. In the cold weather I wear Isotoner gloves with cut out fingertips, bought on Amazon. Let your endocrinologist know so they can check your T3 & T4 levels. 🙏🌼
