I have it in my legs, feet, and hands if I overuse them or stand/walk too much. πŸ˜·πŸ™πŸŒΌπŸ’•

Yes, I have burning skin a lot. I tend to take my shoes off and press my feet/body against the floor because it's cooler. Do you also get heat flashes? I get them in my face and neck, then run outside in below freezing weather until my body is inside, my face and neck outside.

I don't get heat flashes just continual burning skin all along my right arm.

My face will turn beat red a burn like crazy. It's not my skin burning it's nerve pain. I had a three year stint of it being 24/7. It was so bad it made me want to die at the time. I couldn't take the pain anymore. My hands would get ice cold at the same time. I had no answers from docs except one said I was borderline lupus. This was many years ago. I didn't believe him because he was a loopy doc. I wish I had. Now I get the burning only from Time to time thankfully. Add in hot flashes now which the birth control has helped immensely.

My shoulders felt like they were on fire for several months. I would actually look to see if I was on fire. Eventually, it stopped. Just another symptom of fibro.
