But whyyyy

Feb 29, 2016 8:03 PM

So since I got the tablet I was finally able to read books on my Kindle account, which is AMAZING. bug of course the fast reader I am I read an entire book today. And it ended on a cliff hanger, which everyone hates, and since the first book was free I assumed the second one will be as well. NOPE. and now Im stuck here deciding weather or not to start a different book or wait till I can get a new Amazon card. This is why I hate book series. Lol.

Just figured I'd share this experience because I assume we all have a good amount of free time reading so you'll under stand.

Just wish I read slower

Any suggestions for fantasy(fairies, magic, teen girl books basically) books?

Well I do the romance books I have the affair. It's a series and I was able to get the first of three of the series . I don't mind so much being left hanging but it's still nice.

Watpad has amazing stories and they are free! Many are new writers so they can be a bit rough, but many are published writers also who use watpad readers as editors. You can find me there as maryanncarpenter.

I love Wattpad. I was even on their for a while but gave up as I am not creative in that way sadly lol
I will definitely check you out! And new, was it on the kindle or just online? I'm cool with reading those too. Infact most of the fantsy I read usually has romance in it and mostly love triangles xp

I'm not much of a writer myself, but I have a HUGE library of stories I've read and another of my favorite ones there. I do have a story there about my life with hEDS.

I'm glad you enjoyed it. Up until last year they had a lot of free books on Amazon. But now they've got that "unlimited reading" club, which costs a monthly fee. You'd think prime members would get it free. I order everything via mail order because it's so hard to get out. My hubby calls me the Amazon Queen of big deals! Lol. Try searching for free books, and ask friends if they have the sequel to loan you. They just email the link to you.

I honestly wish I could ask a friend. But sadly I Only have one friend. Like for real lol

I understand that feeling but I will like to take this time to correct you.you have like thousands of friends right here. I know u mean like close or geographical close to u. But we are all here.

I also understand what you mean Jenna. The only friends I have are here in this forum. The people around me only want something to do with Rick & I when we can go to them or do the things they do. Most of the time it doesn't bother me anymore, but now and then it's down right lonley.

Moparmom, prime membership is beneficial with shipping fees (I buy nothing that isn't a "prime" item). Look under your account at prime benefits. It says something like "You can watch free prime movies, listen to music etc. a Prime member, you get FREE Two-Day shipping, unlimited photo storage and exclusive access to movies, music and kindle".
