CBD has helped me a lot, although the I use very high THC as well, but I have a very high tolerance for it now. The CBD oils and balms definitely help and also if you have access to bath bombs, those are my favorite. I would say a combination of both THC and CBD is probably the most efficient, I too suffer from anxiety, but you can always start with a very low THC high CBD, or just CBD if that’s what your most comfortable with. Again tolerance will affect how much you’re going to need so I usually alternate and use it for my worst days. You can also vape CBD which I find to be extremely helpful for anxiety and pain.
