Can't get the Reports Function to Work

I have been trying to get the reports function to work with Catch My Pain App for months now. I even just created this new name and profile to see if it had anything to do with my history being too big, etc.
I just tried to get a report from this new profile and I get the same problem. I email the report to myself and when I get the email I press the Get Report button on the email, it opens up a tab on Chrome, there is a circle of dots spinning for 20 or 30 seconds then I get a message of "Unknown Error had Occurred".

Has anyone tried getting reports from the CatchMyPain App in the last 4 months and if so did it work for you?

I did email staff at CatchMyPain, they told me in November it was due to a server upgrade and it should be fixed shortly. Now when I email to ask, they don't return my emails. I am wondering if there is problems at CatchMyPain?

I get the same message. My chart has not updated in four days. I'm afraid I'm going to lose my data.
