Got to be up early for an appointment and got loads to do tomorrow, been in bed over two hours, so got up and decided to quit. Had busy day today so thought I should be tired tonight. WTF. Just moaning really. Oh well.. Only 5 more hours... Any tips?
I'm so sorry you're unable to sleep. Do you drink milk or warm herbal tea (Sleepytime) ? I also use melatonin. If you don't have any of those options, try listening to some soothing music or reading a book. Don't stay in the bed tossing though. Sit on the sofa or in a chair. Then after about 20-30 minutes try sleeping again. Don't think about tomorrow's "to do" stuff. It will only stress you. Hugs, love, & prayers you will soon be asleep! 🙂💕🙏🌼
Scrossy, if you have access to Spotify, they have several tracks with nothing but white noise. Some even have sounds like a washing machine on spin for babies to fall asleep. Even on my worst nights, I can put that on and be out in 10 minutes give or take
