Just thought I would say I can't sleep, it's 11:30, have to get up at 6 for school, I'm exhausted but still can't get to sleep, and im starting to get frustrated which I know won't help. That's all I guess 🙃
Been there, counting the hours left only makes it worse, but I can't stop or the panic sets in. I hope you can find something that works. Soft instrumental music, warm drink like herbal tea, or cocoa, and mental muscle relaxation excersizes are what works best for me. Good luck!
Try a sleep hypnosis on YouTube and get the herbal tincture from Vogel. Passiflora or Valerian are very helpful. I hope this helps you! Having a hot bath with Epsom Salts is very relaxing and getting a bottle of Lavender Aromatherapy oil is good! Just mix the oil with 20ml of Sunflower oil and three or four drops of Lavender you can massage the oil onto your feet or stomach. You can even sprinke the oil onto your pillow! Or add some drops to a hot bath! Also try Brad Yates on YouTube he does EFT tapping for sleep. I hope this helps you! :)
