What a shame! I've used it for years and it has never damaged my skin... Was it a name brand? I've tried 3-4 brands and prefer no-name or Zostrix to get highest dose...I've thought of making my own but...

I tried this, it had very little effect. I didn't want to try a ton if there didn't seem to be results, I still have it, and might try it again, just to find out how much it burns.

.75% minimum I fu d is best - and yes, you have to try it over a couple of weeks before it helps. But, as the experts say about it, it helps reduce "Substance P" for Pain... I thought that was BS - but I learned otherwise. 100%.

Love the stuff that gets hot...

.75 % didn't work for me. So I tried the 5% one (lion patch) and that burns like hell. I couldn't find anything between .75% and 5%.Does anyone know any?

Have you tried voltaren gel? It's by rx only. Good luck finding what works best for you! 🙏🌼
