If you don't yet have the current 3.5 version, please update your CatchMyPain app in the app store to benefit from these improvements. Desktop computer users are already running the most recent app version.

Love the program/app only wish i didn't have to buy it twice... once on my iPhone then again for my home Windows 8.1 PC seeing my windows 8.1 phone wont work with your app... Because Microsoft wont let it download Chrome anything...
It would be great if we could highlight names of meds, treatments, websites, or books suggested by others. If there was some type of "bookmarking" and maybe different colors for different categories, so anything we highlight would be saved in a personal "research" folder of our own. Then we could go back and look at the bookmarks for the websites, book names, etc and research them.
As it currently works, I have to scroll back through old topics until I find what I'm looking for.
This may seem silly but what about if your pain is localized the avatar picture on the forums would detect that and be zoomed in to that area. So for someone with migraines it shows their head. For myself my pain is always involved in my wrist so it would be zoomed into my arm so you better could see the pain area without loading their full pain-map. If that makes sense.
CatchMyPain..... I am having difficulty in getting into my pain diary at all. I click on the app either on my tablet or my smart phone and all it does is sync. It stays at 15 percent and doesnt go any further. I was going on the app every single day without fail to update my chart and speak to my friends in the community and update my diary. Now, I know its not a matter of room on my devices because I have 55 gig of memory free on my smart phone and 32 gig free on my ipad and I have 3/4 of a terabyte of memory on my laptop. (I actually just had to PAY for the complete app on my laptop so I could get into it and had no problem) I have also tried taking the app off the phone and tablet and reinstalling them. I have signed out of the app and also signed back on but still to no avail. I have also turned the phone completely OFF and restarted it and did the same with the ipad. Still nothing. Could you please reply, I really need to be connected with my people here in the community. They are my lifeline and I really have established many friendships here and dont want to have to rely on my laptop, especially when I mostly use the tablet because its too difficult to sit forward and on the edge of a chair with my feet down so I can type. It just causes me more pain. One other thing, could you also make an area available to put all of your diagnosis in so that others can look at your profile and see what you have and this way folks can partner up with folks that have like situations. Also, somewhere to put the list of medication and also to put the numbers on the pain scale again. Thanks for listening and any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.
Hello Alwayzinpain We are sorry to hear you are having problems on your mobile devices. Some (especially older) iOS devices start having problems when you have many pain entries (100+). You are right, your device might have enough space, but the internal database that we use, is limited by Apple. The desktop-variant should always work and with the small client (iPhone) you shouldn't have to wait until the initial sync is completed.

Thank you for your response to my situation. Just to let you know, I have a NEW IPhone 5s and it is IOS8.3 I don't think there should be any issue with the internal operating system on my phone for this app. I constantly update the phone, turn it off and then also make sure all settings are up to date. The same problem is occurring on my IPad Air. I hope it gets resolved, I really don't like to have to use my laptop as with my medical issues, I have a hard time finding a position to type.Thanks again for your reply, I really do love this app. it has been a Godsend to me. One thing I would love to see is the option to be able to direct message folks on the community that wish to contact one another.
