I have been having more better days since I cut processed foods out of my life. I eat mostly palio and do alot of organic juicing not as a meal replacement just because I cannot eat the amount of food suggested. I bought the book Wahls Protocol and follow the principles outlined pretty close.
I've been adjusting and decreasing my pantry & freezer foods for almost 2 months, especially less sugar. I can't say it's helped energy wise, as I'm fighting off a nap now (fell asleep in the doctors office steelies). But I'm down 3 pounds, so yay! 🙂💕🙏🌼😴
Yes I'm down 6 pounds in 3 weeks so that's a bonus. I eat a lot of fruit, veg, nuts, meat and fish. Quite enjoy it. I have almond milk in my coffee. Cut out all dairy and all carbs and feel less sluggish, more awake and less pain. I also started 25mg of Amitriptyline at the same time....both or one working?? I feel better tho :-)
