Stay as active as you can, try not to compensate - keep your alignment best you can, or you compromise other joints. Keep inflammation down with anti inflammatory meds, ice. Lots of stretches core building. Live well!

I have degenerative back disease and I just recently got a Tens device from Amazon and I have gotten some really good results so far!!! I have also gotten some CBD salve from The Fay Farm...they have amazing customer service and I'm excited to see what type of results I get with this treatment! I will let you know how the CBD salve works too!!! Soft hugs friend! I hope this helps!💞💞💞

Backfog, I've had chronic spinal problems since the 80's. I've had 3 separate neck fusions, from C3-C7. I've had OA for over 15 years as well as radiculopathy, facet stenosis, DDD, and now need surgery or some procedure on C2 & C7-T1. I have sacral joint issues and get severe debilitating muscle spasms in the thoracic and lumbar areas. Now my neck causes pain in my right arm and shoulder regions.

Other than surgery I've got a Tens unit, had facet blocks, and multiple epidural steroid injections, which have provided the longest relief of all. My last was in 2013-2014, I forget. But the pain I have in the lumbosacral is nothing compared to what's going on in my neck and upper back. I use Tylenol arthritis and voltaren gel daily, and I have muscle relaxers as needed. I do gentle stretches throughout the day, and walk as much as I can.
