Chronic pelvic/leg pain

Sep 26, 2016 3:28 AM

Quick tl;dr. Pelvic/rectal/genital/leg/bladder pains. Hurts to walk or stand. I have incontinence issues. Got many tests done. i have in and off bladder cancer as well

Now my update (non tl;dr)
Got new tests by a 3rd opinion (x-ray, ct, MRI).I was put on Norco and gabapentin (intervening) doctor said he can't put me on anything stronger until my appointment with a pain management specialist but he did speak with the agent with disability . On month 3 of the first initial application. I know many get denied the first time around

I get insomnia because I awake in excruciating pain and wet undergarments (yes I'm well protected)

Seems like I lose bladder bowel functions when my pain is shooting/stabhing like this. Doc assured me that it is neurological pain. And 3 doctors tell me surgery won't help...get used to adult diapers and pain management.

So anyone have any relief ideas?

That's not my case though. My kidneys are fine. Just a minor granular node, but very malignant

So recently had an EKG, emg, MRI and x-ray, ct scan. All showed nothing. I swear doctors think I'm crazy

Do you have copies of the reports and the images themselves?

Sometimes People with piriformis syndrome can lead to the compression of the pudendal nerve which results in incontinence. Piriformis commonly also affects sciatic nerve (that is me). Have you investigated this?

I had issues with bladder control as a child and grew out of it till I injured my back when I was 21. Since then (im40now) I've dealt with worsening control over my bladder and sciatic pain down my legs. I also had my son c section which affected my bladders placement. I have a tipped uterus as well. I don't know what can help but you are not crazy. Something is definitely going on that isn't right
