I'm sorry you are hurting. It depends on many things such as what kind of pain you have (stabbing, tingling, aching, etc), when it started, what makes it worse (food, the environment, exercise, etc) etc. And then even if you told me, I am not a medical professional so unfortunately, I wouldn't know even if you told me. I wish I could do more but the best advice I can give is to take whatever people online tell you what is wrong with you with a grain of salt. Everyone is an expert on their own experiences and but nothing else. People here can share their experiences of their own pain and how they cope, they can't tell if you what your own pain is like or what it means. If you are as miserable as you sound you should go to the doctor/ emergency room. It might take many doctors appointment and blood tests to figure it out so the sooner you get started the better ( in my personal opinion).
I'm sorry that this is probably not what you want to hear. This is the first discussion I have participated in so I don't know if you can contact me directly or we have to only have discussions like this, but if you want to talk or vent, I will listen and help as much as I can.
I can share my experience and say, winter green and turmeric essential oils at bath time helps I soak for at least half an hour. Heat pads help me, arnica helps me too, swimming or even soaking in a warm pool also helps me too, progressive muscle relaxation audios on youtube I do as I get into bed at night
