Is anyone else having trouble seeing their drawings in the CMP app? My last 2 entry drawings aren't showing up, even though the rest of my entry into is. 🙏🌼

Mine has not changed in months. The same drawing comes up on every post.

Hey Flappsy.. I haven't been able to update mine. I can't get to it in my phone, my iPad just goes to the blue screen and says syncing and stops at 16% no matter how long I leave it and the laptop will only barely lets me copy and re-use the one that's there. I don't know what to do to fix it.

I had this problem awhile back, and those entries (unfortunately) never saved, but I fixed it by restarting my tablet, getting rid of the app, then downloading it later. The other thing that helps (at least on my tablet) is clearing cached data.

AlwayZ, that's where my CMP app is right now. I'm chatting via the Pain Companion app. I've tried what you suggested Ferretbandit, but nothing changes. 😔

Hmmm. Sorry about that 😔 Maybe email the CMP admin, cuz last time there were a lot of people with the same problem, and it was fixed within a week. Maybe it's an error from the update?

Hey there.. I have the same problem and can't get to my pain picture on my phone, my iPad goes on and when I click the program, I get a blue screen and it says syncing. It gets to 16% and stays that way no matter how long I leave it. The PC will not let me get to my picture to color it and I finally got annoyed, took ALL of them off and then shut everything down and reinstalled. I refreshed my purchases and there's nothing.
Ferretbandit, I don't know how to clear cached information at all and need to learn. By the way, there is no iOS version of the companion program as of yet. Maybe soon!! Hoping I can get it all running again because I chose the premium service which I can't even afford so they all synchronized across all my devices. Hoping I can get it to work so I can use the app more efficiently. I hope that this is an easy fix.. I need my app.🙏🏻🌻

Always, there are a couple ways to do it. There are some programs that go through and remove cached data, or you can go to browser settings on PC, or to apps >>> more info >>> settings, and mess with it. I'm on android, though. Good luck getting it to work properly.

I have looked for the Pain companion app and cannot find it. Is it not available on Apple products?

Anonymous, no not yet. Only available for android I believe.
