I know that with the amount of mental, physical and emotional suffering we all face on a daily basis, complimenting ourselves seems almost impossible, but I think it's important. So I want you to say what you suffer from and one compliment about yourself that you promise to say to yourself on your bad days. Okay?

I have fibro, depression, anxiety, arthritis, asthma, and heart issues.
And I have a wonderful knack of making almost anything look beautiful.

Now it's your turn.

I have DJD, DDD, long thoracic nerve palsy, scoliosis, cervical spondalytic myelopathy, SI Joint distinction with fractures, Grave's Disease, hypothyroidism, GERD, TMJ, Bilateral vagus deformities of the knees, CRPS/RSD, Costochondritis, anxiety, depression, possible Lupus and Sjogrens.
I have a great sense of humor and a knack for making other people feel better.

I have OA, DDD, TMJD, spondylosis, bursitis, neuropathies, SI joint dysfunction, spinal disc bulges & tears, migraines & cervicogenic headaches, hypothyroidism, Sjogrens, GERD, esophageal strictures, hiatal hernia, Costochondritis, chondromalacia of the patella, anxiety, depression, MTHFR gene defect, pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic congestion syndrome, incontinence, interstitial cystitis, OAB, veinous reflux, mitral valve regurgitation & palpitations, dizziness & imbalance (Vestibular Neuronitis), osteopenia, memory loss & fibro fog, and tremors.

My faith & beliefs make me gentle & caring by nature, to treat others as I want to be treated, wanting to make everyone feel as important as each other. πŸ™πŸŒΌ

I have fibromayalgia and possible Lupus and partialy blind in left eye....and I have the ability nto create wonderful meals form most any kitchen pantry item

Chronic pain syndrome, fibro, DDD (arthritis), IDD, 2 Herniated discs 1 thorasic 1 cervical, straightening of the cervical spine, arthritis of the facet joints, mild stenosis, something with my s1 I was born with that they tell me doesn't cause pain that has hurt my entire life, hashimotos thyroiditis, high blood pressure, anxiety, ptsd, depression although my shrink is on board with me that I am not nor have ever been depressed, metabolic syndrome, cronic uticartia, restless leg syndrome, lack of concwntration, and more. I have mastered sarcasm into an art form. I also have a knack for being able to decorate our home.

I have mrsa(carrier), DDD(L4-S1), sacroilitis(bilateral), facet joint arthropathy, si joint dysfunction(no fractures), anxiety, depression, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, PDD-NOS, migraines, asthma, Anxiety(big time), ptsd, depression, TMJ, GERD/gastritis?, Keratoconus(legally blind-left eye), Pelvic pain(no known cause-thought to be endo), and I'm sure there are others as well. I am a jack of all trades, master of none, and I play a mean game of trivial pursuit.

I have Fibromyalgia, depression, sleep apnea, scoliosis, acid reflux, migraines, restless leg, and chronic bronchitis. I have also had a bout with shingles. I believe I have been labeled with fibromyalgia but don't really have it. I hear people talk about the pain they have and I have not had near the experience with my chronic pain they do. If I do have it I have been very lucky with my treatment.

I have Syrinx, Syringomyelia, Osteoarthritis, Fibromyalgia, Degenerative disk disease, Spondylosis ,Herniated disk L4S1 with uprooted nerve, High Blood Pessure, GERD, Trimble ng and numbness in arms and legs.I usually take care of others, cooking good meals for my family.

I have crps, hypothyroidism, MTHFR mutations, ADHD, asthma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, nerve damage (lately in my neck), migraines, anemia, chronic sinus infections, and other things not yet diagnosed.

I am a hard worker, always going for my best, even when it leads to extreme pain.
