Dec 11, 2015 5:17 AM

Does anyone have conchohondritis and have any success in relieving chest muscles? It is very annoying !!!!!!

I've had it since I was a ten and got a severe respiratory infection. Literally coughed my cartilage loose in my chest. Over the years it's eased up, but any illness where I cough till I pee (which these days is any illness where I cough lol) will jar it sore again. If I stretch hard enough, you can hear it pop and crackle lol. I honestly don't know of anything but antiinflammatories like ibuprofen...

I think I have that too lol. When I stretch sometimes, and at other times I can't recall exactly, it's like something gets pinched under my ribs under my left breast. It's a weird feeling.
