Do you go to therapy? What kind of treatment did you try so far? Are you taking any kind of medication? Do you have a tens unit?

Hey:) I'm 27 now but when I was first diagnosed with fibromyalgia I was 14 and I remember going through it then and just feeling like everything was crashing down and I didn't do anything to deserve it and I'm in so much pain all the time and it's just completely not fair. I don't know if that's how you feel right now but I just want to let you know that it does get better and the truth is that having this pain at this intensity does give us things that many people can't have a depth of being able to care for others of being able to relate to others and it helps you build strong relationships and it helps you and work situations, basically it gives you the skills to understand people a lot more and so makes working with people and having friendships and relationships of people a pretty much sets us ahead of the game so to speak. In terms of relieving the pain I found that the things that helped well focusing completely on what ever it was that I was really interested in I would binge watch TV and get them to like all these different shows I would have Netflix Hulu and that I still do to this day and that really helps and I find that the more intense the pain, The more it might help to watch something new like a new movie or a new TV show also there is something called a featherbed which is like sleeping on a cloud and it's really amazing. Also I personally happen to love make up so I recently discovered Pinterest and finding all those posts on make up and hair styles has really been helpful lately because it's awesome and before that it was just a matter of being in grossed in the make up world and getting make up and when I would feel up to it doing my make up and basically just whatever passion you have if you can make that the focal point it does help not all the time and not necessarily completely but it helps and I feel like anything that helps us and doesn't cause pain and doesn't make it so that you can't think straight because you're bogged down by Madison is just really great to find. You can ask me any questions if you want to.
