Coping with work/move up follow-up appt?

Sep 06, 2017 5:01 PM

I restarted work in the kitchen and idk how I'm gonna be able to do this. I'm so frustrated, it hurts my back, my shoulder, neck, headaches, other body pain. It's only five hours a day and not *that* intense!

I was concerned this would happen and needed my first physical in a few years anyway, and have a follow up for pain around the 21st.
She said I can call if it's bad, but idk if I should hold off? It's only the second day, and pain COULD be worse... functioning is a bit compromised but I mostly CAN, even if it's very very hard.

Should I call? What can I do, I'm very concerned about the next couple weeks as this isn't normal to my usual readjustment to work...

I would call tomorrow. Maybe there is something for breakthrough pain they can give you until.you get settled into a routine and the pain subsides to.a bearable place. ??

That's a good idea. I'll call after my shift since that's when I've got time. At least to get me to the xray rests...
