Could it be a funny random happen stance?

Okay, this is kind of random but. ... .it seems to be helping. My dad was thinking about how most bitter foods have pain killing, anti-nausea, and anti-inflammation properties. He was at the store, and for some reason bought an organic head of iceberg lettuce. He did organic just because of pesticides, plus sometimes DMSO is used as an alternative, sorry I'm getting off topic.
Anyway, we both ate this lettuce and have been feeling less pain. My period is coming up, but I usually get stomach cramps for a week or so leading up to it. The stomach cramps suck. They were making me double over and just lay down all day. Now, I'm feeling energetic and the sight ache doesn't seem to matter. It's really nice. I don't understand it. Has anyone else experienced effects on pain from lettuce? Just curious. ....
Thanks! T

I never heard of that but I'd say if it's working.. That's wonderful!! I hope it continues to do so. I'm going to try it myself and see what happens. Have a great day.💕
