Anybody else have ties that cramp up? This is fairly recent for me. It's weird & if you'll
pardon the pun, a real pain. I can hardly wait until it happens when I have steel toed boots

That's no fun. My toes actually cross when they decide to freak out like that. Hurts so much.
Now that I am taking magnesium malate and potassium they happen way less. Now it's usually dehydration or stepping wrong that cause it.

That was months ago, and I can gladly say I'm only having called cramps that my PCP says is restless legs issues with fibromyalgia. Good luck finding relief! Hugs love & prayers! 🙂💕🙏🌸

Thanks folks. I take 500mg of magnesium at bedtime. How much are you folks taking? I think we need a prescription for potassium here. Do you get what you need from food or are you supplementing?

You don't need a prescription. It just needs to be monitored because too much is toxic. I usually get mine at planet organic just off whyte ave but vitality carries it too and I think the park has a few of those.
I take 4 of the aor brand mag malate renew a day and i spread them out throughout the day

My doctor said I can safely take 800-1000 a day, so I take 1/2 after bfast and 1/2 after supper. I'm also on it to help my sluggish digestive tract. 🙂💕🙏🌸
