Does anyone else have this. Let's say your writing and the muscles in your hand just lock up to the point where you have to move it with your other hand and that can happen anywhere in your body. For me hands and arms.

I could just be wierd and might be. I was just wondering if it had to do with chonic pain. I have asked the Doctor, but I don't think he took it seriously.

I get it in my leg. Not a lot but often enough. I tend to fall when that happens. Massage helps. Thankfully I have someone to help with that b

Muscle cramps are usually harmless, but they can be caused by some medical conditions. Narrowing of the blood vessels leading to the legs can cause muscle cramps that go away soon after exercise. Nerve compression in the lower spine usually caused by herniated discs can cause cramp-like pain the legs that gets worse during walking. I get it in my hands and arms, mostly left side.
