I have crps in my right foot and sometimes feels like its creeping up my leg. Also I have chronic pain all day some times I can calm and others can't get it settle down or nothing. And Iam unable to walk and have been stuck in a boot for almost a year now and trying to get out of it and move into a shoe. Just woundering if any one else has crps and how you handle it thanks Tanya

I'm 14 and have CRPS/RSD too. It started in my wrists, went full body, and is in partial remission.
I've had Tylenol 3 (turns out I'm allergic to Tylenol, but the Codeine did a lot), gabapentin, Lyrica (made it worse), ibuprofen, kratom, beer and other stuff.
I'm currently taking:
-LDN (low dose Naltrexone)
-DMSO (dimethylsulfoxide)
-Gallium (commonly used to treat arthritis in horses)
-Lemon Balm (fresh)
-Kava kava Root
-Magnolia Bark extract
-Quinine (tonic Water)
-Albuterol (helps full body inflammation)
-Benadryl (anti-nausea)
-Salt water
-Magnesium Spray
-Potassium (stops muscle spasms)
-Rice box
There are several other posts about CRPS/RSD if you search for them.
